2005 Ferrari Superamerica, One Owner, California Car, 235 Miles! Only 559 Superamerica's Produced.

The Ferrari Superamerica is an innovative convertable version of the Ferrari 575 Maranello. It features an electrochromic glass roof panel (a production car first) which rotates 180 degrees at the rear to lay flat over the boot. When retracted, the upright rear window acts as a wind blocker. With this design there is 6.5 cubic feet of usable trunk space. The Superamerica uses a higher (then the Maranello) output V12 engine rated at an amazing 540HP. This Superamerica features Ferrari's F1 sequential transmission which eliminates the clutch pedal and is truly remarkable with its lightening fast shifts. Ferrari marketed the Superamerica as the worlds fastest convertible, with a top speed of 199 MPH. Their was a total of 559 Superamerica's built, which followed Enzo Ferrari's philosophy that there should always be one fewer car available that what the market is demanding.

Our featured one owner Superamerica belonged to a Ferrari Enthusiast  in Southern California. With only 235 miles on the odometer, the Ferrari is showroom new, and is in mint condition. Always garaged, the Corsa Red paint is perfect. The (smoke free) leather interior is excellent as well. The car has had all the necessary services done at Beverly Hills Ferrari. The Superamerica marks a new era for Ferrari. Named after the custom designed Ferrari's of the 1950's and 1960's and specifically designed with the American market in mind. I am certain you will not find a finer example of this magnificent vehicle.
